Night of Thunder: Here we have Bob Lee Swagger, 61-year-old Marine and 3rd ranked Vietnam sharpshooter, 80+ kills, son of heroic Earl Swagger, heading into the Bristol Tennessee/Virginia hills after the dastard driver who tried to kill Bob Lee's intrepid girl reporter daughter via a roll-over. From here we are launched into NASCAR's Bristol race, an astonishing, take-no-prisoner's swindle, and a climax that has Die Hard 5 written all over it if only Bruce Willis could be taught to drive a muscle car!
